Choosing what size depends on the size and degree of damage.
Bonding side of repair cover rubber is with CN bonding layer that will have vulcanizing reaction with cold vulanizing glue when they are used together, which
will made repair cover rubber and conveyor belt to become a whole one from two sperate parts . Nonsticking and secondary cracking won't occour .

About glue,we recomment cold vulcanizing glue sk313. it can be cured quickly and is with high bonding strength.

How to use conveyor belt repair cover rubber ?
Firstly , determine the size of cover rubber, choose suitable size cover rubber according to the damage size. we advise it is a little bigger than damage size.

Next,know clearly what side is boindng side . because a lot of people often confuse about bonding surface and rubber surface at the time of operating,consequently
the repair is not effect. so we emphasize here that Bonding side is blue with CN layer .

operate 1: roughen belt damage part using the angle grinder and tungsten carbide disc , then apply cleaner to have a deeper cleaning.
operate 2: apply cold vulcanization glue on surface of the belt damage and the blue CN side .Pay attention to brush evenly.
operate 3: put cover rubber onto the damaged parts, be careful not to have bubbles,then compact with roller stitcher from front to end .
